We currently ship across the UK. All orders are processed within 1–2 business days.

Order Confirmation

Once your order is placed, you will receive an order confirmation email with your order details and summary. Please check your spam folder if you don't see it within a few minutes.

Delivery Times

  • Standard Delivery: 3–5 business days
  • Express Delivery: 1–2 business days

Shipping Rates

Shipping rates are calculated at checkout based on your order and location.

Returns

We want you to be completely satisfied with your GRYP purchase. If you're not happy, we accept returns within 30 days of delivery.

Eligibility

  • Items must be unused and in their original packaging.
  • Sale items are non-refundable.

How to Return

To initiate a return, please contact us at support@gryp.com with your order number and reason for return. We'll guide you through the process.

You will receive a confirmation email once your return request has been received. Please allow up to 24 hours for this confirmation.

Refunds

Once your return is received and inspected, we'll notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund. Approved refunds are processed within 5–7 business days to your original payment method.
